This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Valuations Coordinator in the United States.

This role is a high-ownership, execution-focused position at the center of appraisal operations within a fast-moving real estate financing environment. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of appraisal orders, ensuring accuracy, speed, and transparency from placement through final report delivery. Acting as a key operational hub, you will coordinate across vendors, internal teams, and systems to keep high-volume pipelines moving efficiently. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows without losing control of priorities. You will play a direct role in improving process consistency and scalability as transaction volume grows. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where clear communication and proactive follow-up are essential. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in operational execution and enjoys bringing structure and reliability to complex workflows.


Accountabilities
  • Own the end-to-end placement of appraisal orders across multiple vendor platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission to avoid downstream issues.
  • Manage and monitor a high-volume pipeline of appraisal orders across pre-close and post-close workflows, ensuring continuous progress and preventing stalled files.
  • Maintain real-time updates in CRM and operational systems, documenting status changes, risks, and communications to ensure full stakeholder visibility.
  • Track and enforce SLAs across appraisal workflows, proactively identifying delays, vendor issues, or data quality concerns and escalating when needed.
  • Ensure completed appraisal reports are properly received, validated, documented, and handed off efficiently to internal stakeholders for review.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for processors on valuation status, providing timely updates and resolving operational blockers.
  • Support continuous improvement of valuation operations by identifying workflow inefficiencies and contributing to scalable process enhancements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in appraisal coordination, valuation operations, lending operations, or a similar role within a lender or AMC environment.
  • Strong understanding of the appraisal lifecycle, including order placement, vendor coordination, tracking, and report delivery.
  • Experience managing high-volume workflows across multiple platforms or systems simultaneously without loss of accuracy or control.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable updates.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments where processes and priorities may shift frequently.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience working in remote or distributed teams preferred.
  • Self-directed mindset with strong accountability and ownership over outcomes.
