UX Strategist (Remote - US)

As a UX Strategist, you will lead the vision and execution of user experience across digital products, ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and design excellence. You will translate user research and business goals into intuitive, modern solutions that enhance engagement and delight audiences. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design, guiding customer journey mapping, interaction modeling, and prototyping. You will mentor and inspire design teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and shape experiences that are functional, beautiful, and accessible. Working in a remote-friendly and innovative environment, you will influence the evolution of digital experiences and set a new standard for user-centered design.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy for websites, apps, and interactive platforms, integrating accessibility and inclusivity.
• Translate business requirements and user research into clear experience strategies, interaction models, and actionable design deliverables.
• Mentor and guide team members in design thinking, UX best practices, and accessibility-first approaches.
• Collaborate with researchers, strategists, copywriters, designers, and developers to prototype, test, and validate solutions.
• Drive usability testing and apply insights to iterate and refine products.
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and craft across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay informed on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to elevate the UX practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX strategy or design, preferably in an agency or product-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX leadership, accessible design, and diverse digital work.
• Expertise in UX/UI fundamentals, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset.
