The role focuses on supporting commercial and portfolio optimization decisions through structured analytics and financial insights. You will work closely with experienced teams to analyze product profitability, pricing dynamics, and SKU performance across channels. You will help identify inefficiencies, uncover margin improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. Accountabilities:

Support product-specific analysis including channel profitability, margin performance, and SKU-level evaluation to identify underperforming or dilutive products
Assist in identifying long-tail SKUs, margin leakage, and portfolio inefficiencies across product lines and channels
Contribute to lifecycle optimization efforts by detecting duplication in formulations, packaging, and product overlap
Perform volume, price, and mix decomposition to understand key drivers of revenue and profitability changes
Help assess assortment optimization opportunities by identifying over-assorted categories relative to demand
Support analysis of pricing gaps across channels and contribute to recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making
Familiarity with Excel and/or data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into clear insights
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, global business setting
