Do you thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments where accountability, ownership, and innovation are expected? Are you able to balance user-centered design with hands-on front-end development? Do you have a proven track record of making complex tasks intuitive, especially for knowledge workers using Microsoft SharePoint? Do you have experience using tools like Figma as well as HTML, SASS/CSS, and React? If you answered yes to these questions, we’d love to hear from you!

    • Ensure accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility
    • Integrate front-end UI with backend APIs or services
    • Work closely with customer support to identify potential UI/UX improvement opportunities
    • Collaborate with sales and delivery team members to scope client customization requests
    • Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles across the organization

  • Understanding of UX principles from an implementation perspective
  • Familiarity with Git, build tools, and version control
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks
