For one of our clients, we are looking for a Trust & Safety Investigator, remotely from the United States.
As a Trust & Safety Investigator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of the platform by investigating safety incidents, emergencies, and violations. You will collect and analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly. Your work will directly impact the well-being of the community, ensuring that all incidents are thoroughly investigated and that corrective actions are taken. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct investigations into safety incidents, policy violations, and operational concerns.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to support investigation outcomes and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings and propose corrective actions.
- Manage insurance claims and handle escalations related to incidents and accidents.
- Maintain confidential records of all investigations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Safe Ride Support, Client Experience, and Sales to ensure comprehensive investigations.
- Communicate investigation results to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, investigations, claims management, or related fields.
- Experience in risk assessment or investigative roles, preferably in the transportation or tech industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels.
- Experience in handling sensitive and complex situations with sound business judgment.
- Ability to work independently while problem-solving creatively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in rideshare or similar two-sided marketplace environments is a plus.
