Treasury Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Treasury Analyst to join our growing and collaborative team. This role will report to the Assistant Treasurer and will be responsible for daily cash operations and reporting, maintaining bank accounts, optimizing treasury systems, and administering our global corporate card program. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing liquidity and ensuring Lime has the right treasury capabilities for the future.

What you will do:

• Monitor, analyze, and provide reporting on the company’s daily cash position; ensure adequate funding for daily operations and assist in the execution of cash management duties, including inputting and reviewing payments

• Administer our global bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating services, making authorized signer updates, and collaborating with Legal on updating regulatory documentation

• Act as a liaison between our banking and payment services providers and business operations, researching queries as needed

• Assist in executing letters of credit, performance bonds, and similar financial instruments in support of business operations

• Support the month-end close process by providing cash transaction backup support and answering questions on cash accounting entries

• Maintain compliance standards by supporting internal and external audits and ensuring daily cash and payments activities adhere to internal policies

• Administer access to treasury management systems and banking portals, performing periodic user access reviews as needed

• Support FX front-office processes, including FX spot trading and rates, maintaining settlement instructions, and updating FX mandates with counterparty banks

• Collaborate with FP&A on cash flow forecasting, enhancing visibility into global cash balances, optimizing working capital, and establishing metrics/key performance indicators

About you:

• At least 2 years of corporate treasury or banking experience, including knowledge of financial markets and banking products and services

• Strong excel skills and experience working with banking platforms and/or treasury management systems

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while also adept at setting priorities

  and planning

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
