This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Traveling Transition Support Associate in United States.

This role is a highly mobile, field-based position focused on supporting complex client transitions, operational processes, and customer-facing service delivery across multiple locations. You will act as a key on-the-ground resource, helping interpret procedures, resolve escalations, and ensure seamless execution of transition activities. The position blends customer support, process coordination, and analytical work within structured financial services environments. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational consistency during critical business changes. Frequent travel (up to 100%) is required, making adaptability and autonomy essential. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to service excellence while working closely with experienced professionals in a regulated and performance-driven industry.

Accountabilities:
  • Resolve complex customer and internal queries by providing accurate information on policies, procedures, and processes, escalating when needed for interpretation or resolution.
  • Analyze data trends, interpret information, and prepare structured reports to support decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Support the development and optimization of administrative systems and procedures, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and best practices.
  • Supervise first-line customer service support activities, helping teams meet productivity, turnaround time, and quality targets.
  • Identify noncompliance issues within processes or regulatory frameworks and escalate appropriately while ensuring corrective actions are taken.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to delivering high-quality professional services.
  • Contribute to process documentation, gap analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required; additional education or certifications in finance or related fields is a plus.
  • 13 months to 3 years of relevant professional experience in administrative, customer service, or operational support roles.
  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with standard office software and administrative systems with the ability to guide others in their use.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple complex processes simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement, business analysis, and operational workflows.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary and potential additional incentives such as bonuses or equity.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement savings plans and financial well-being support.
  • Paid time off including vacation, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave.
  • Life, disability, accident, and critical illness insurance options.
  • Career development opportunities, training programs, and professional growth support.
  • Exposure to a dynamic, travel-intensive role with opportunities to work across diverse teams and environments.
