This role sits at the center of enterprise transformation efforts, driving high-impact programs that reshape how the organization operates, scales, and delivers value across customers and internal teams. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning go-to-market, sales, customer success, supply chain, and finance, ensuring alignment between strategy, process design, and technology enablement. The position requires a strong ability to bring structure to complex, multi-stakeholder programs while driving measurable outcomes. Acting as a key change agent, you will help teams adopt new ways of working and embed continuous improvement practices. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders, technical experts, and delivery teams to translate vision into execution. This is a highly visible role within a transformation-focused environment that values innovation, clarity, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end transformation programs from discovery through execution, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring delivery of measurable business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to assess current-state processes, design future-state operating models, and define governance structures that support scalable transformation.
  • Develop integrated program plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution milestones across business and technical teams.
  • Define success metrics and performance indicators to ensure transformation initiatives deliver tangible and trackable business value.
  • Partner with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, security standards, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training design, and adoption tracking.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting through dashboards, presentations, and status updates that clearly communicate progress, risks, and decisions required.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance, data privacy, and audit requirements across all transformation initiatives.
  • Continuously improve transformation delivery frameworks, contributing to process optimization within the Center of Excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape transformation strategy and influence roadmap priorities.
  • Apply AI-enabled and data-driven tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and decision-making across programs.

Requirements:

  • 4–6+ years of experience leading complex programs or transformation initiatives in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of how business processes, governance frameworks, and technology systems interact in large organizations.
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and mapping processes using tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio.
  • Proficiency with program management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong change management knowledge, with experience supporting adoption of new processes, tools, or operating models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leadership.
  • Ability to structure ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive clarity across complex initiatives.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong facilitation and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, Snowflake, Power BI, or MuleSoft is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is an advantage.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prosci, or CSM are appreciated.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual base salary ranging approximately from $96,300 to $185,200 depending on location and experience
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus compensation
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility across the United States and Canada
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings plan and financial wellness programs
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Opportunities to work on high-impact enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Access to modern tools, platforms, and AI-enabled work environments
  • Professional development and learning opportunities.
