You will collaborate closely with capital markets, servicing, and delivery teams to troubleshoot issues and improve transaction workflows. This is a highly collaborative and data-driven role where precision, communication, and process discipline directly impact efficiency and financial outcomes. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in mortgage transaction operations and capital markets processes.

Accountabilities:
  • Support capital markets operations in executing and facilitating whole loan sales to investors including agency and non-agency buyers.
  • Coordinate with trading, delivery, and servicing teams to ensure accurate and timely loan sale execution.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction issues while recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in managing distressed loan sales and related transaction workflows when required.
  • Reconcile investor purchase advice and analyze execution outcomes against expectations, providing insights to management.
  • Review and reconcile post-sale activities such as escrow releases, holdbacks, EPO/EPD invoices, and data corrections.
  • Support reporting development to track loan sale pipelines and transaction performance.
  • Manage note release and certification processes with custodians and ensure proper documentation handling.
  • Act as a liaison between servicing teams and loan buyers to resolve servicing transfer issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience working with Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) or similar loan delivery frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of mortgage loan sale processes and capital markets operations preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume, data-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly compensation ranging from approximately $22.60 to $35.60 depending on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for equity awards based on performance, experience, and location.
  • Remote-first work model with flexibility to work from any approved U.S. location.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with additional financial benefits.
  • Inclusive and supportive work culture focused on professional growth.
  • Opportunities for learning, development, and career advancement.
  • Employee equity program supporting long-term participation in company growth.
