This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver impactful learning experiences that improve product knowledge and user success.
You will create engaging training solutions for both customers and internal teams, helping users maximize the value of innovative software platforms.
The position combines instructional design, technical communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
You will play a key role in developing scalable training programs, supporting onboarding initiatives, and improving learning processes.

Accountabilities:

The Training Specialist will develop, implement, and enhance educational programs that support customer and employee success. This role requires strong collaboration skills, creativity, and the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging learning experiences.

  • Develop and maintain training materials across multiple formats, including instructional guides, videos, virtual instructor-led sessions, and self-paced online courses.
  • Partner with product teams, subject matter experts, and customer-facing teams to create effective learning solutions.
  • Lead virtual, role-based training sessions for customers and internal teams.
  • Support onboarding programs by delivering product training, learning strategies, and process guidance.
  • Create and improve curriculum within learning management systems and internal training platforms.
  • Train users on new product features, system updates, and evolving software capabilities.
  • Measure, document, and report on training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop scalable learning resources that support customer adoption and internal knowledge growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content aligns with product value propositions and business goals.
  • Share best practices, improve processes, and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow compliance requirements when handling sensitive information, including protected health information (PHI).

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience creating educational programs, developing training content, and communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible way. They are highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about helping others learn and succeed.

  • 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, curriculum development, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging learning content.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable training materials.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
  • Excellent teaching, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Experience working with SaaS products and developing digital learning experiences is preferred.
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Camtasia and Audiate is a plus.
  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, medical technology, or related industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial management systems is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, business, information technology, education, or another related field is preferred.
