Job Description

The Learning Services Delivery Specialist will design and deliver role-specific training content for S&SD Business Groups, collaborates closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and leaders to ensure training is relevant, practical, and up-to-date and ensure employees receive specialized training tailored to their roles, increasing job effectiveness and reducing time-to-productivity. This role emphasizes creating a superior learner experience, ensuring consistency and excellence in training delivery, and contributing to the design, development, and evaluation of training programs and materials engaging learners in dynamic, interactive environment—whether physical or digital—using advanced methods aligned with adult learning principles to maximize impact and drive positive outcomes.

Your role:

  • Deliver high-quality learning services, including clinical, technical, operational, and strategic training, in physical and digital environments. Ensure all learners receive consistent, streamlined learning experiences aligned with Philips’ style and standards.

  • Contribute to the design, development, and evaluation of learning services and materials based on adult learning principles. Develop or review course materials to ensure alignment with company objectives and quality standards. Use interactive learning strategies, simulations, and assessment techniques to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Conduct or proctor assessments and evaluate learner performance. Provide actionable feedback to learners throughout training events. Analyze learner feedback and recommend improvements to learning services and delivery methods.

  • Adhere to applicable Quality Management System (QMS) directives, processes, and company policies. Ensure training programs comply with Philips Business System standards and industry best practices.


You're the right fit if:
1. 5+ years of experience in education, training, onboarding, program or project management, or other related area of specialization.
2. Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles, exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, proven ability to delivery engaging and interactive learning experiences both in-person and online, and excellent analytical skills to evaluate learner feedback and recommend improvements.

3. Bachelor's degree preferred.
4. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $76,475 to $131,100 per year.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $80,500 to $138,000 per year.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $84,525 0 to $144,900 per year.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $90,160 to $154,560 per year.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
