24–48-hour turnaround window.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Monitor TikTok content performance daily, making quick pivots to maximize virality and engagement.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Collaborate with the Creative Producer on ideation, brainstorming, and creative writing for new concepts.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Maintain an organized pipeline of ideas, drafts, and scheduled posts to ensure consistent output.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Develop creative approaches for adapting trends to fit each brand’s unique voice and audience.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Engage with comments, duets, and stitches to keep community conversations active and on-brand.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Track and report weekly on growth metrics, trending formats, and successful executions.</li></ul><div brands, creators, or entertainment companies.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Proven track record of creating high-performing TikToks and capitalizing on trends.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Strong skills in short-form video editing apps and tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Deep understanding of
