This is not a passive follow-up role. You will actively support the continuity journey for patients enrolled in our internal PAP treatment program.</p><p>This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager, where you will contribute directly to the stability and growth of our recurring revenue model by keeping patients engaged in therapy through timely outreach, proactive retention efforts, and compassionate communication.
