This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of ZOLL CMS GmbH. We are currently looking for a Territory Manager in Connecticut (USA).

This role involves promoting and selling advanced cardiac care technologies to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. The Territory Manager will be responsible for building strong relationships with clinicians and healthcare staff, driving product adoption, and supporting educational initiatives. Working in a dynamic healthcare environment, this position offers the opportunity to impact patient outcomes by ensuring access to life-saving cardiac devices and diagnostic solutions.

Accountabilities

  • Promote and sell wearable cardiac defibrillator systems and related cardiac diagnostic products to healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct initial sales calls and support ongoing use through medical education programs, tradeshows, and clinical conferences.
  • Engage with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, case managers, and administrators.
  • Educate healthcare providers on patient indications, ordering, and billing processes for cardiac devices.
  • Maintain accurate account databases, prepare business reports, and manage field expenses.
  • Develop and execute yearly and quarterly business plans.
  • Attend key medical education events and industry conventions.
  • Serve as a product and industry expert, providing clinical and technical information to support product utilization.
  • Analyze territory trends and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure credentialing and access to assigned accounts are maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3-5 years of experience in medical equipment sales or specialized/hospital-based pharmaceutical sales; or 5 years of successful sales experience with at least 1 year in healthcare sales.
  • Cardiology sales experience preferred.
  • Valid state driver’s license and residence within the assigned territory.
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to build professional relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing/access privileges at assigned accounts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the territory and occasionally outside.
