This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of ZOLL CMS GmbH. We are currently looking for a Territory Manager in Tennessee (USA).

In this role, you will take ownership of a key territory, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving the adoption of life-saving cardiac management solutions. You will be at the forefront of promoting innovative medical technologies designed to improve patient outcomes, engaging with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff to provide education and ensure consistent product utilization. The position combines strategic sales execution with clinical engagement, offering the opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ lives while working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Accountabilities

As a Territory Manager, you will:

  • Drive sales of wearable cardiac defibrillator systems and diagnostic solutions to healthcare professionals across hospitals and outpatient settings.
  • Present clinical data to support the use of products in patient care and deliver impactful educational sessions to clinicians and staff.
  • Promote consistent adoption through local medical education programs, conferences, and industry events.
  • Manage accounts, maintain accurate records, and develop quarterly and annual business plans.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to provide seamless customer support and uphold professional and ethical standards.
  • Analyze trends within your territory and provide insights to optimize market opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in medical equipment or hospital-based pharmaceuticals, or 5 years of successful sales experience with at least 1 year in healthcare sales.
  • Proven history of sales success and strong relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
  • Cardiology experience (preferred) and the ability to be credentialed for access to hospitals and medical facilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational/reporting skills.
  • A valid state driver’s license and residence within the assigned territory.
