This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Territory Assistant in the United States.

This role sits at the core of field operations support, ensuring that medical product sets and equipment are accurately prepared, delivered, and maintained to enable successful surgical procedures. You will work closely with sales and field teams to coordinate logistics, manage product availability, and support timely installations across customer locations. The position combines hands-on operational execution with administrative coordination, requiring precision, responsiveness, and strong organizational skills. You will play a key role in ensuring that healthcare professionals have the right tools and equipment when and where they are needed. Working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment, you will also contribute to improving customer satisfaction through efficient service and proactive communication. This is an opportunity to support critical healthcare operations while developing expertise in medical device field services.


Accountabilities:
  • Support sales and field teams by preparing, delivering, and installing product sets for surgical procedures.
  • Ensure the availability and accuracy of required equipment for specific surgeries and customer needs.
  • Manage the delivery and pick-up of medical equipment and coordinate product exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain product sets, equipment, and promotional materials in proper working condition and presentable form.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to customer service, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Communicate field activities, updates, and issues to regional and senior management through regular reporting.
  • Support additional field service and operational tasks as assigned by management to ensure service continuity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in distribution center or medical device logistics is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in medical device distribution, field support, or related operational environments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with sales, field, and operational teams.
  • Knowledge of medical device handling processes or service systems (such as DSI or complaint processes) is a plus.
