On Target Earnings: $80,000 - $120,000

On Target Earnings encompasses base salary plus variable. The starting salary will be determined based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and qualifications for the role.

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Account Executive to join our team, with a strong emphasis on serving Mandarin-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SMB outside/field sales, with experience in SaaS and Merchant Service sales being a significant plus. Fluency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking clients and prospects. You excel in prospecting and closing deals, managing your territory effectively, and consistently exceeding performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Conduct a high level of prospecting activity within your assigned territory, with a focus on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within Mandarin-speaking markets. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth.

  • Sales Process Execution: Execute the full sales process on qualified prospects, including prospecting, discovery calls, live demos, and closing deals. Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of prospective customers, particularly those in Mandarin-speaking communities.

  • Territory Management: Manage and grow your assigned territory within the district, ensuring maximum coverage and penetration of the market, with a special focus on Mandarin-speaking clients.

  • Performance Metrics: Exceed performance metrics, including the number of new locations acquired and other key performance indicators, while effectively serving Mandarin-speaking prospects.

Basic Requirements

  • 1+ years of SMB outside/field sales experience in a sourcing and/or closing role.

  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and prospects.

  • Assertive communicator with the ability to effectively convey value propositions in both English and Mandarin.

  • Genuine and authentic in building trust with clients, with cultural sensitivity to Mandarin-speaking markets.

  • Proven closer with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Highly motivated and hungry for success.

  • High energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

We’re also looking for

  • Experience with POS/restaurant tech or merchant services sales is a plus.

  • Deep operational knowledge of restaurants is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Mandarin-speaking business cultures and practices is a strong advantage.
