These positions may be hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) if located in the Washington, DC area or remote for non-local candidates and are only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.
Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangement, expense reporting, and coordinating logistics;
Provide critical briefing and planning for meetings;
Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met;
Develop and oversee new operations and processes to support team growth; and
Collaborate with other administrative staff and support other colleagues as needed.
Bachelor’s degree preferred;
At least 2-3 years of experience providing top-level administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment;
Ability to establish and maintain complex systems and processes;
Capacity to manage many projects and tasks simultaneously and to complete them with minimal oversight;
Excellent planning and organization skills;
Strong experience in MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.);
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; and
Excellent communication, particularly with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels and across cultures.

*What is a statement of faith?
A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM. The statement can either be incorporated into the cover letter or submitted as a separate document and should include, at a minimum, a description of your spiritual disciplines (prayer, study, etc.) and your current fellowship or place of worship.
