We are a mission with a company.</span></p></div><p>We are seeking a results-driven Technology EDI Delivery Analyst to lead the delivery of EDI and integration solutions in a healthcare environment. This role will manage end-to-end execution of EDI implementations, upgrades, and modernization efforts across platforms. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of healthcare EDI transactions (e.g., 834, 837, 835, 270/271, 278), experience working with technical teams, and a track record of delivering integration projects in payer, provider, or third-party administrator (TPA) settings.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the planning, delivery, and management of EDI transaction solutions, including both legacy and API-based integrations.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for EDI delivery efforts across internal teams, trading partners, and vendors.</li><li>Lead the modernization and migration of EDI pipelines, ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with healthcare data standards (e.g., HIPAA, X12).</li><li>Drive structured project delivery using agile or hybrid methodologies; monitor KPIs, velocity, and service levels.</li><li>Manage cross-functional teams of EDI analysts, engineers, and integration developers; mentor team members and foster a high-performance delivery culture.</li><li>Partner with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders to align EDI roadmaps with strategic objectives.</li><li>Oversee EDI onboarding for new partners and clients, including mapping, validation, and file exchange setup (SFTP, APIs, AS2).</li><li>Ensure data quality, compliance, and timeliness of inbound/outbound transactions in collaboration with operations and client services.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or related field.</li><li>5​+ years of experience in healthcare EDI, with 3+ years in a leadership or delivery management role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HIPAA-compliant EDI formats (e.g., 834, 837P/I/D, 270/271, 835, 276/277, 278).</li><li>Experience integrating with core systems (claims, enrollment, eligibility, UM) in payer or TPA environments.</li><li>Solid understanding of EDI mapping, validation, and partner onboarding processes.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with ETL tools, and CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Familiarity with data warehousing, reporting tools, or cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).</li><li>Experience with Agile delivery and the use of Jira</li><li>Previous experience working in a healthcare TPA, PBM, or health plan setting.</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases.
