I'm looking for a reliable Technical Support or Virtual Assistant with a solid foundation in coding. This role involves assisting with various tech-related tasks, troubleshooting issues, and providing day-to-day support across software tools and workflows.
Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen (no exceptions)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with technical customer support or virtual assistance
- Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Trello, and Google Docs
- Basic to intermediate experience with coding or software development
(Languages like HTML, JavaScript, Python, or others are a bonus) - Ability to follow instructions and ask questions when needed
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
Nice to Have:
- Experience with platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Zapier, or Notion
- Familiarity with APIs or basic debugging
- Comfort with using GitHub or terminal commands
Hours & Pay:
- Part-time to start (5–10 hours/week), with potential to grow
- Hourly rate based on experience
