About the role


What you'll do

  • Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity engineering services to manage the conceptualization, design, and build of secure technical solutions, including applications, systems, architectures, and infrastructure that are operationally viable and efficient. Leverage security products and technologies appropriately to protect the organization’s systems and information and enable achievement of the organization’s objectives. Participate in an effort to capture and validate an as-is view of current client capabilities, define a functional baseline, establish a strategic technology roadmap based on mission needs, and evolve to-be architecture to meet those needs. Analyze emerging technologies and design and build architectures and solutions to enable the secure implementation of new technologies. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Identify and communicate project scope and ensure program milestones and objectives are met

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical consultant, including leading project delivery teams
  • Experience leading product teams in deployment of new solutions
  • Experience with presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including briefings and leading client- and team-based discussions
  • Ability to drive the identification and implementation of security solutions
  • Ability to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop new intellectual capital
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with technology vendors and develop mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Master’s degree in CS, IT, or Engineering and 10+ years of experience or 20 years of experience in lieu of degree

  • Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
  • Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making, planning, organizational, and client facilitation skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension, conflict resolution, teamwork, and relationship building skills

Salary Range-$150-$160k
