Discern complex roles to translate technical nuance into compelling, accurate storytelling.
Build comprehensive, differentiated job descriptions and outreach campaigns that cut through noise.
Deliver precise, high-quality candidate profiles that go beyond skillsets—capturing motivation, mindset, and cultural fit.
Guide high-profile candidates through a process that feels curated, considered, and distinctly Liquid.
Partner with Talent Ops to help build a scalable, data-informed hiring engine that strengthens over time.
Help shape the standards for what “great” looks like across every part of Liquid’s hiring journey.
