EVPassport is the only platform that enhances customer engagement for these companies by providing custom branded hardware with API-powered software that easily integrates with their existing applications and services.</p><p>We operate in the United States, Canada, and Mexico and we offer a leading end-to-end EV Charging solution to enterprise businesses.</p><p>EVPassport is changing the EV Charging experience, and we want you to help build it.</p></div><p>EVPassport is seeking a capable Technical Project Manager to lead technology-focused initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget and aligned with business & customer objectives. This role requires both strong project-management rigour and sufficient technical fluency to act as a bridge between engineering, operations and business stakeholders.</p><p><strong>KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></p><ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans: define scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resource allocation and budget.</li><li>Lead day-to-day execution of technical projects: drive coordination of cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, operations, external vendors) to deliver outcomes.</li><li>Manage resources (people, third-party vendors, tools) and project budgets—track spending, forecast variances, escalate as required.</li><li>Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (business leadership, clients, partners), providing regular status updates, clarifying technical concepts, and managing expectations.</li><li>Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies; adapt plans proactively to maintain schedule/quality/budget.</li><li>Ensure technical feasibility and alignment: work with engineering leads to understand architecture, dependencies, constraints and propose improvements.</li><li>Facilitate team leadership: conduct stand-ups, sprint planning or other cadence meetings as appropriate; ensure task ownership, track progress and remove blockers.</li><li>Maintain project documentation: status reports, change logs, lessons learned, retrospective summaries.</li><li>After project completion: drive post-mortem reviews, capture learnings, identify process improvements and feed into next project.</li><li>Additional projects as may be assigned by the Company. </li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or similar technical discipline) OR equivalent experience.</li><li>Proven experience (for example, 3-5+ years) managing technical projects (software development, infrastructure, systems engineering or similar) in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Strong technical understanding: able to engage meaningfully with engineering teams, understand development/infrastructure concepts, pose relevant questions and make informed decisions. (As noted:</li><li>TPMs “possess deep technical fluency, enabling them to engage with engineers … and identify risks.”)</li><li>Solid expertise in project-management methodologies and tools (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall hybrid, Kanban; tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).</li><li>Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills: able to translate between technical and business language, influence stakeholders, lead team meetings, present status and escalate when needed.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills: able to anticipate issues, make trade-offs (scope/time/budget/quality), adapt plans and keep project on track.</li><li>Experience in resource and budget management: allocating resources, forecasting budgets tracking variances and carrying accountability for project financials.</li><li>Detail-orientation and organizational discipline: maintain project documentation, milestone tracking, change control, schedule management.</li><li>Nice to have - Experience in the domain relevant to EV charging, CPMS/EMSP, SaaS integrations, API platforms or managing technology-partner integrations.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in creating PRD’s and running agile teams</li><li>Experience with vendor management and third-party integrations (especially if your ecosystem involves hardware/software vendors).</li><li>Familiarity with data-warehousing, analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake) or API management, if your projects touch those layers.</li><li>Experience in highly iterative, product-driven environments (especially startups or scale-ups) and comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.</li><li>Exposure to API-first, microservices, or IoT/hardware-software integration projects.</li></ul><p><strong>It’s a plus: </strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of electric vehicles and charging dynamics.</li><li>Industry expertise.</li><li>Start-up mentality.</li></ul><h4>Our Benefits:</h4><ul><li>Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)</li><li>401k</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Paid Holidays</li></ul><p>Apply now if you thrive in an environment that grants you the autonomy to explore and build solutions.
