Job Description

Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to support their Partner Integration team. This team serves as the primary point of contact for technical projects involving external partners and internal technology teams, overseeing the entire project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design through testing, integration, and delivery.

This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager who thrives in complex technical environments and enjoys solving integration challenges across systems, processes, and teams.

The Details:

  • Location: Fully remote within the U.S.
  • Duration: Approximately a 6-month consulting engagement through Blend360 with the possibility of extension
  • Benefits: We do offer benefits to our full-time consultants, including Health, Vision, Dental, 401K plan, Life Insurance, Pretax Commuter Benefits, and an incredibly supportive team cheering you on!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of partner integration processes, systems, and dependencies across the enterprise.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities to streamline and simplify the integration process, improving scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate current technical and procedural workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance delivery timelines and consistency.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and process guides for areas lacking formal procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and partner management, to execute agreed-upon priorities within established timelines.
  • Oversee and monitor control reports to proactively detect, escalate, and resolve potential integration or production issues.
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment of new partner integrations to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with technical standards.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by promoting efficiency, accuracy, and communication excellence within the Partner Integration function.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within financial services, technology, or large enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, SDLC, and cross-functional project delivery methodologies (Agile or hybrid environments).
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end technical projects, including requirements definition, testing coordination, and production readiness.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for simplifying complex processes.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with a talent for building partnerships across teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, or MS Project).
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in partner integration or API-driven project delivery.
  • Familiarity with financial transaction systems, data interfaces, or secure network communications.
  • Background in identifying and implementing process automation or workflow optimization opportunities.
