Technical Project Manager

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, coordinate delivery of complex initiatives, and ensure our technical solutions meet business objectives. What you'll do-Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Manage project backlogs, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams.

• Partner with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to align priorities.

• Monitor project progress, report status updates, and proactively resolve roadblocks.

• Ensure project outcomes meet both technical standards and business goals.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in software development, IT, or systems integration.

• Proven track record applying Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

• Solid understanding of SDLC, cloud technologies, and modern development practices.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Agile/Scrum certification preferred.

Salary-$120-$155k
