As a key member of our team, you will ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope, while upholding the highest standards of security, compliance, and quality. This role requires U.S. citizenship, and candidates will be subject to a background investigation.</p><hr data-start="429" data-end="432"><h3 data-start="434" data-end="452">What You'll Do</h3><ul data-start="453" data-end="1954"><li data-start="453" data-end="629"><strong data-start="455" data-end="493">Manage end-to-end project delivery</strong> for a major identity services initiative, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with stakeholder requirements.</li><li data-start="630" data-end="805"><strong data-start="632" data-end="672">Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies</strong> (Scrum, Kanban, or related frameworks), ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives on GitHub Projects.</li><li data-start="806" data-end="1015"><strong data-start="808" data-end="851">Collaborate with cross-functional teams</strong> including engineers, architects, and cybersecurity specialists to ensure technical requirements and security standards are fully incorporated into project plans.</li><li data-start="1016" data-end="1211"><strong data-start="1018" data-end="1089">Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and reports</strong>, effectively communicating progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li data-start="1212" data-end="1447"><strong data-start="1214" data-end="1252">Foster a collaborative environment</strong>, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, such as government partners, contractors, and leadership, to address project needs and maintain alignment with organizational objectives.</li><li data-start="1448" data-end="1576"><strong data-start="1450" data-end="1482">Drive continuous improvement</strong>, implementing process enhancements and leveraging lessons learned to refine team practices.</li><li data-start="1577" data-end="1712"><strong data-start="1579" data-end="1645">Ensure compliance with federal IT and cybersecurity guidelines</strong>, including relevant frameworks, regulations, and best practices.</li><li data-start="1713" data-end="1829"><strong data-start="1715" data-end="1760">Identify, track, and manage project risks, timelines, and dependencies</strong> to ensure timely resolution of issues, escalating where necessary.</li><li data-start="1830" data-end="1954"><strong data-start="1832" data-end="1877">Create and maintain project documentation</strong>, including project charters, status reports, and technical specifications.</li></ul><hr data-start="1956" data-end="1959"><h3 data-start="1961" data-end="1987">What We're Looking For</h3><ul data-start="1988" data-end="3297"><li data-start="1988" data-end="2085"><strong data-start="1990" data-end="2011">Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.</li><li data-start="2086" data-end="2240"><strong data-start="2088" data-end="2114">5+ years of experience</strong> in project management with an emphasis on delivering IT or cybersecurity solutions (federal experience strongly preferred).</li><li data-start="2241" data-end="2399"><strong data-start="2243" data-end="2281">Proficiency in Agile methodologies</strong>, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional development teams.</li><li data-start="2400" data-end="2583"><strong data-start="2402" data-end="2454">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</strong>, with the ability to lead conversations and present complex information to engineers, executives, and government stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Experience with managing and configuring GitHub Projects</strong>, with accuracy and transparency to velocity.</li><li data-start="2584" data-end="2757"><strong data-start="2586" data-end="2638">Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</strong>, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and adapt to shifting project requirements.</li><li data-start="2758" data-end="2931"><strong data-start="2760" data-end="2818">Experience in federal IT or cybersecurity environments</strong> (e.g., VA, DoD, DHS), including familiarity with security and privacy frameworks (NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, etc.).</li><li data-start="2932" data-end="3076"><strong data-start="2934" data-end="2971">Demonstrated leadership abilities</strong>, capable of guiding teams toward successful delivery of high-impact initiatives under tight timelines.</li><li data-start="3077" data-end="3210"><strong data-start="3079" data-end="3132">Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM)</strong> principles or experience supporting identity services projects (preferred).</li><li data-start="3211" data-end="3297"><strong data-start="3213" data-end="3249">Project management certification</strong> (e.g., PMP, CSM) is a
