The role is responsible for ensuring seamless technical alignment between acquired entities and Veeam’s business operations, enabling rapid value realization and minimal business disruption throughout the M&A lifecycle. This role is remote within the US, but we are prioritizing candidates based in Eastern time for team alignment.<h4 id="id-📝JobDescription&JobPostGuidelines-WhatYou’llDo.1">What You’ll Do</h4><ul><li>Lead technical discovery with both acquiring and acquired company stakeholders to uncover integration or migration needs.  </li><li>Analyze and map technical infrastructure, systems, and data flows of both companies to identify integration points and redundancies. </li><li>Facilitate application rationalization, identifying which platforms to consolidate, retire, or migrate post-merger.</li><li>Design process and data migration strategies; manage execution and the migration and merger projects  </li><li>Create detailed runbooks and technical documentation for all migration and integration processes.  </li><li>Partner with business leaders to define program objectives, scope, priorities, and success metrics across projects and workstreams. </li><li>Identify stakeholders, secure resources, and coordinate crossfunctional technical teams to deliver value and resolve blockers.</li><li>Build and manage program plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and ensure accurate documentation is maintained. </li><li>Drive clear, consistent multi-level stakeholder communication, including decisions, priorities, status and health reporting, and risks. </li><li>Ensure successful delivery, rollout, and adoption through effective change management while measuring outcomes against KPIs. </li></ul><h4 id="id-📝JobDescription&JobPostGuidelines-TechnologiesYou’llWorkWith.1">Technologies You’ll Work With</h4><ul><li id="id-📝JobDescription&JobPostGuidelines-[Technology1],[Technology2],[Technology3],[Technology4]">Experience with corporate platforms such as CRM (SFDC), Marketing Automation (Marketo), ERP (Netsuite), Integrations, Purchasing (Coupa), Service (ServiceNow) </li><li>Experience with Tableau or BI Tools, ability to query and analyze data  </li><li>Proficient with JIRA, Monday.com, and other project management tools </li><li>Proficient with MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence </li><li>Experience with vendor relationships and management</li></ul><h4 id="id-📝JobDescription&JobPostGuidelines-WhatYou’llDo.1">What You’ll Bring</h4><ul><li><div>Deep understanding of enterprise technology environments, system architecture, and software design principles</div></li><li><div>Advanced knowledge of the full product development lifecycle, including deployment and integration</div></li><li><div>Ability to collaborate closely with IT engineers at a technical level</div></li><li><div>Experience with testing methodologies and tools to ensure quality deliverables</div></li><li><div>Strong analytical skills, including reading and interpreting relational data</div></li><li><div>Ability to read, write, and translate technical and business requirements;
