This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical delivery, and program execution, and is accountable for ensuring successful outcomes across complex software, data, and cloud infrastructure initiatives.</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Technical Program Manager will serve as the primary day-to-day owner of the customer relationship, working closely with executive stakeholders, life sciences and AI/ML specialists, and Form Bio’s engineering team. This individual will be responsible for translating customer needs into clearly defined requirements, driving alignment, managing delivery, and navigating complex environments with professionalism and focus.</span></p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Customer Relationship &amp; Stakeholder Management</strong></li><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own and manage the overall relationship with Enterprise Biotech for a multi-million dollar and growing annual software services contract.</span></li></ul></ul><ul><li><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, senior leaders, and technical stakeholders on the customer side.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as the primary escalation point for issues, risks, and conflicts, driving resolution and alignment.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Facilitate clear, consistent communication across business, scientific, and technical audiences.</span></li></ul></li></ul><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Program &amp; Project Management</strong></li><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead detailed project planning and execution across multiple parallel workstreams.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with agile software engineering teams to ensure delivery against scope, timeline, and quality expectations.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs while maintaining momentum in a fast-moving environment.</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Operate effectively under pressure, including in high-stress or contentious situations, to drive successful outcomes.</span></li></ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Requirements &amp;
