You will collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Operations to design and execute programs that ensure our data infrastructure, pipelines, and insights are robust, scalable, and business-critical. You will have a direct impact on how we generate, govern, and utilize data to drive smarter decisions across our software ecosystem. This includes powering advanced analytics, reporting, data science models, and operational efficiency. Our ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives on aligning people, processes, and platforms in service of high-quality data outcomes. You are comfortable switching between discussing data lineage and ETL pipeline orchestration with engineering to exploring KPI definitions and reporting needs with business stakeholders. You have a bias for action, an eye for root-cause resolution, and a passion for optimizing how data flows through an organization. Ensure timely delivery of data pipelines, platform enhancements, and analytics tools. We are targeting a salary of  $144,756 for this role. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $108,567 - $180,945.
