This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and financial data innovation, focusing on building developer-first tools that power access to large-scale structured finance data. You will own the strategy and roadmap for APIs and platform capabilities that enable customers to build applications on top of a complex and highly valuable data ecosystem. The position blends product thinking with hands-on technical fluency, requiring you to prototype solutions, validate use cases, and guide adoption of developer tools. You will collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and data teams to translate customer needs into scalable platform features. This is a high-impact role shaping how developers and financial institutions interact with critical financial infrastructure.
Accountabilities:- Own and evolve the product roadmap for developer tools, including APIs, SDKs, and platform services that enable access to structured finance data
- Work closely with engineering teams to design, prototype, and validate new API and platform capabilities
- Develop working prototypes using internal tools to demonstrate value, test use cases, and support customer adoption
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to communicate product capabilities and gather structured customer feedback
- Act as a liaison between internal teams such as Sales, Data Platform, Operations, and Customer Support to align product direction
- Translate customer and business needs into clear technical requirements and prioritized product initiatives
- Support the development of documentation, tooling, and resources that improve developer experience
- Continuously refine product strategy based on market trends, customer behavior, and business priorities
- Use data and product insights to guide prioritization and measure platform success
- Participate in shaping the future of AI-enabled developer tools within the financial data ecosystem
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a product manager focused on developer tools, APIs, or platform products
- 2–3 years of software engineering experience or strong demonstrated programming ability
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical background
- Hands-on experience building or prototyping software systems, APIs, or applications
- Familiarity with modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and their application in prototyping and development workflows
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and go-to-market execution for technical products
- Ability to balance technical depth with business priorities in a fast-evolving environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience engaging directly with customers or external users is highly valued
- Strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills in a dynamic product environment
