Technical Product Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead highly technical, data-driven products at the intersection of cybersecurity, risk, and large-scale data platforms. You will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape a core data platform that powers critical decision-making for hundreds of thousands of customers. The position combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, complex environment where accuracy and scale matter equally. You will translate customer needs and market signals into a clear, metric-driven roadmap. As a senior product leader, you will navigate ambiguity while driving alignment across technical and business teams. Your work will directly influence how risk is understood and managed at global scale. • Understand complex customer and business needs, prioritizing high-impact opportunities while adapting to evolving market conditions
• Own and evolve the product roadmap, aligning initiatives to key metrics, customer value, and business outcomes
• Partner closely with engineering, design, customer success, and product leadership to ensure transparency, alignment, and execution excellence
• Drive the definition, delivery, and iteration of innovative product features and platform capabilities
• Act as a subject matter expert with deep understanding of user needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and solution ecosystems
• Define, track, and analyze product and quality metrics to measure success and guide data-driven decisions
• Break down complex technical problems into actionable requirements that enable teams to deliver at speed and scale

• 8 or more years of experience in technical product management within enterprise and or startup environments
• Proven experience building and scaling large data platforms, preferably in cybersecurity or risk-related domains
• Strong working knowledge of modern data architectures and platforms, with the ability to contribute meaningfully to technical discussions
• Demonstrated ability to drive data-informed decision-making and hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes
• Experience working effectively with both engineers and executive stakeholders, translating technical complexity into business impact
• Comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces where correctness, attribution, and accuracy are critical
• Prior exposure to cybersecurity, data science, compliance, or statistical domains is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, with advanced degrees considered an advantage

• Competitive total compensation range of $100,000 to $200,000, including base salary and bonus, depending on experience and role scope
