Are you energized by leading high-impact technical projects that drive transformation? Do you thrive at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client relationships? We’re seeking a Technical Delivery Manager with a strong foundation in cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives to lead complex engagements for enterprise clients.

In this role, you’ll act as the strategic and executional hub of multi-disciplinary teams, guiding our clients through technical transformations. You'll flex across technical conversations with engineers and architects, executive briefings with client stakeholders, and hands-on management of project scope, financials, and delivery milestones.

This is an ideal role for someone who has a consulting mindset, technical aptitude, and thrives in fast-paced, solution-oriented environments.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements, define scope, and shape solution delivery plans
  • Own project financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, invoicing, and profitability
  • Manage and align project resources—including internal consultants, contractors, and near/offshore teams—to ensure successful execution
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, project status meetings, and executive-level reporting to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies in collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate closely with sales, solution architects, talent acquisition, and practice leads to support client success and consultant readiness
  • Serve as the face of delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring quality, and fostering long-term client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts that aligns to Cprime’s strategy
  • Support the growth and adoption of cloud-native technologies and agile delivery models across client projects

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • 4+ years of experience in technical project or delivery management, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Proven track record managing Atlassian cloud migration projects, software development efforts, or large-scale IT initiatives

  • Solid tech background — developer/architect experience is a plus: OOP principles, SOLID, Patterns/antipatterns, Databases, Server administration, TCP/IP stack, Modern technologies stack
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to switch contexts between technical teams and business leaders with ease
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and geographies
  • Ability to lead with empathy, influence without authority, and foster collaboration in fast-moving environments

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A STEP UP:
  • Experience in consulting and solution-based professional services
  • PMP
  • Bachelor's degree

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically, approximately up to 10% (or a bit more depending on remote location) of the time, to meet client needs
