This role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex technology projects from concept to post-launch, serving as the key bridge between engineering teams and clients. You will drive the end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, providing strategic guidance, mitigating risks, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. Accountabilities:- Lead the full technical delivery lifecycle of projects, from discovery and scoping to release and post-launch support.
- Provide strategic input on technical approaches, translating abstract concepts into actionable tasks, estimates, and requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, explaining complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, developing mitigation strategies to keep teams productive.
- Oversee agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, while fostering collaboration within engineering teams.
- Independently define project scopes, estimate technical tasks, and coordinate resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensure smooth release management by coordinating QA, bug triage, and deployment schedules, monitoring work in development and staging environments.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, including engineering, design, and program management.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in technical project or delivery management, with 2–3 years in a digital agency or client-service environment.
- Strong understanding of core web technologies, including front-end (HTML, CSS, JS), back-end principles, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience delivering complex, scaled web applications and working with modern front-end frameworks.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana) and git-based source control.
- Hands-on familiarity with testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain technical documentation and translate business requirements into engineering tasks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and guide multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience managing agile processes and balancing high-quality delivery with client-driven flexibility.
