Technical Consultant

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to deliver expert technical guidance and implement identity and access solutions across diverse client environments. In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external teams to design, deploy, and optimize secure digital identity systems. You will have the opportunity to influence solution architecture, provide mentorship, and ensure successful integrations aligned with best practices. The position offers a dynamic environment where analytical problem-solving, technical expertise, and client-focused delivery are key. Strong experience with identity and access management (IAM), system integration, and consulting is essential. Remote work flexibility and occasional travel provide a collaborative yet autonomous work setting.

• Accountabilities:
• Deliver technical consulting services to partners and clients across multiple industries.
• Evaluate client processes, systems, and technology requirements to advise on best practices and design solutions.
• Participate in solution design, deployment, configuration, and integration of IAM products.
• Mentor internal and external teams, and develop technical resources and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams on escalated issues requiring deployment expertise.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Travel as needed (up to 20% of the time) to support client engagements.
• Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting capacity, with at least 2 years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Ping Identity or ForgeRock, including system integration and deployment.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, and data stores.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Groovy, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Advantageous: IAM certifications, DevOps skills (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes).
