The technical analyst works as the front lines of support for our large customer set in Digital Out of Home (DOOH) with a focus on our enterprise solutions offering. This is a role that requires strong problem solving skills related to API’s, software, applications and user interfaces. The technical analyst provides a great customer support experience while also sharing product feedback and reporting issues to internal teams.
Act as first line of support for debugging enterprise issues and provide technical support to clients and internal team members
Understand problems and communicate effective solutions while keeping Vistar’s customer set happyÂ
Communicate client feedback, product usage, and software issues to relevant teams such as Product and Engineering.Â
Identify client knowledge gaps and assist in creating appropriate documentation and product training plans.
Maintain system functionality by testing large new features prior to release. Â
Become an expert in Vistar’s supply-side products and services in order to provide top-tier service and support to clients
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fieldÂ
Experience deploying and supporting software products
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Experience with HTML and JavaScriptÂ
Experience troubleshooting APIs within Postman as well as the command line
Proficiency in Excel

At Vistar Media, we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including experience, skills, and other relevant business considerations. These considerations can cause compensation to vary. Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position. The salary range estimate for this position as performed in New York City is $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 401k with company match, and a lifestyle stipend. The salary range for this position as performed outside of New York City and CA may vary. The actual pay will be at Vistar Media’s sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
