Your contribution will empower Kapitus to continue helping small business owners find lending options so they can make payroll during tough times, scale to meet market demands, and make large purchases to scale their operations.  What you will do:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Take ownership of the end-to-end service development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to design scalable, resilient Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and follow platform best practices and industry standards.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and mentor the development team, promote collaboration and continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to established DevOps processes.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and maintainability. Implement robust testing strategies to uphold product quality.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design, develop, and support end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and high-performing—including custom development using Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Visualforce, as well as integrations with external systems via middleware and Salesforce APIs.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and maintain technical designs, process flows, architectural diagrams, and related documentation to support Salesforce solutions and guide development efforts.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Diagnose and resolve application issues by performing root cause analysis and delivering effective fixes for functional and performance-related defects.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive agile development practices within the team, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, QA, and operations, to ensure alignment of development efforts with overall business objectives.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Apply Salesforce industry experience and best practices to design and deliver solutions for complex business problems, while staying current with new platform features, releases, and industry trends.</li></ul> What we are looking for:<ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, including roles as a Tech Lead or Senior/Staff Developer, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce development and configuration.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Extensive experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong hands-on experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce and comprehensive unit testing for both Apex and LWC.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and governance.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with DevOps tools (Git, SFDX, CI/CD).</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">In-depth understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience designing and developing solutions on Salesforce Experience Cloud including customizations and integrations tailored for portal users is highly preferred.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Salesforce developer and architect certifications are preferred.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities and Agentforce is a plus.</li><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in the financial industry and with AWS is a plus.</li></ul> Kapitus Total Rewards Package Includes: <ul><li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Competitive Base Salary Range of $117,800-$189,000 Kapitus is providing this as a good faith salary range to comply with applicable law.
