The Tech Lead for Web Core Product & Chrome Extension will drive the development and delivery of high-quality web applications and browser extensions, impacting millions of users. In this role, you will actively ship production code, collaborate closely with product and design teams, and contribute to strategic product decisions that shape the roadmap. You will have the opportunity to build new features, optimize user experiences, and ensure scalability and reliability across web platforms. • Actively develop and ship production code for web applications and browser extensions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Participate in product discussions, contributing ideas for new features and improvements.
• Ensure web products are scalable, performant, and deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across web and extension platforms.
• Maintain best practices in coding standards, architecture, and deployment processes.

• Proven experience building and shipping web products that scale to thousands or millions of users.
• Strong customer focus, with the ability to create products that meet user needs and delight customers.
• Ability to work quickly and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, marketers, PMs, and engineers.
• Expertise in Vanilla JS, ReactJS, Redux, Firebase, and Typescript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.

• Competitive salary range: $140,000–$200,000/year, plus bonus and stock options depending on experience.
