PURPOSE:  The Training Scheduler provides ongoing scheduling support. The Training Scheduler ensures all training is scheduled and completed for new and current employees.  In addition, the Training Scheduler ensures excellent service delivery by developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Coordinate and schedule staff training, including accommodations as needed.
  • Send training reminders and track attendance, completion, and certifications in the system.
  • Reschedule missed trainings and assist with DSP timesheet reviews related to training.
  • Monitor expiring certifications and communicate training status or concerns to management.
  • Respond to stakeholder communications within 24 hours in a professional manner.
  • Follow all company and State policies, including attendance, time-off approval, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, required certifications, confidentiality, and a safe, professional work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Customer service and administrative experience preferred 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age 
  • Satisfactory background check 
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a DPS fingerprint clearance card
