Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Targeter to support intelligence-driven operations through the identification, development, validation, and maintenance of operational targets. The Targeter serves as the critical link between intelligence collection, analysis, and operational execution by producing actionable target packages in support of kinetic and non-kinetic operations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in all-source intelligence fusion, ISR integration, targeting cycle management, and operational coordination within joint, special operations, or contractor environments.
Travel may be required up to 75% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and maintain operational target packages in accordance with approved targeting processes.
- Fuse intelligence from HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, FININT, and ISR platforms to resolve target identity, location, associations, and activity.
- Conduct pattern-of-life analysis, link analysis, and network mapping.
- Produce detailed target intelligence products including:
- Identity verification
- Geospatial data
- Network associations
- Activity timelines
- Threat assessments
- Support the full targeting cycle (Find, Fix, Track, Target, Assess).
- Coordinate with operations teams, ISR assets, and SOC/JTOC personnel to enable real-time decision-making.
- Assist with post-operation assessments and update targeting databases accordingly.
- Ensure all targeting products meet legal, policy, and ROE compliance standards.
- Provide daily intelligence and targeting updates to leadership and operational elements.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with:
- All-source intelligence fusion
- Target development
- Geospatial tools and ISR platforms
- Link and network analysis
- Strong written and verbal briefing skills.
- Ability to operate in a high-tempo, time-sensitive environment.
- Proficiency with common intelligence systems (as applicable by contract).
- Active Secret clearance required at minimum (TS/SCI preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior service in Military Intelligence, Special Operations, or Joint Intelligence environments.
- Experience supporting SOF Task Forces, JTOCs, Intelligence Fusion Centers, or SOC operations.
- Familiarity with target nomination processes, strike coordination, and non-kinetic targeting effects (cyber, IO, financial).
- Prior military, government, or contractor experience in:
- Targeting
- All-source intelligence
- ISR operations
- Joint or special operations environments
- Prior overseas or deployed experience in contingency environments.
