You will guide the delivery of training, technical support, and system implementation for multiple tribal and federal agencies. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will drive program adoption, maintain account management processes, and contribute to mission-critical initiatives with direct impact on public safety operations. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on project execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Accountabilities:

·        Build and maintain strong relationships across tribal organizations, delivering remote and onsite training, supporting policy documentation, and providing audit assistance.

·        Manage account operations including creating and maintaining user accounts, certifications, kiosks, and password resets for tribal entities.

·        Host and present multiple large-group meetings, webinars, and one-on-one training sessions each month.

·        Oversee special projects, including coordination with federal agencies and participating tribes, and manage processes for new locations and operational support.

·        Ensure compliance with criminal justice information security policies, federal regulations, and program standards.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, deploy technology, and enhance program efficiency.

Requirements

·        5+ years of experience in criminal justice, law enforcement services, or federal program management, including understanding tribal and non-criminal justice agency processes.

·        Experience with CJIS Security Policy, NCIC, N-DEx, NICS, NGI, or similar law enforcement systems.

·        Proven business relationship management experience with large and diverse stakeholder groups.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint 2016.

·        Strong organizational skills, self-starter, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

·        Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and training programs.

·        Customer service experience with a focus on relationship building and technical support.

·        Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance; start contingent upon clearance approval.

Preferred:

·        Deep familiarity with the CJIS Security Policy.

·        Experience working directly with federally recognized tribes.

·        Demonstrated willingness to learn and work with underserved populations.

Benefits

·        Competitive health, dental, and vision coverage.

·        401(k) retirement plan and flexible spending account (FSA).

·        Paid time off and 11 federal holidays.

·        Education reimbursement programs.

·        Remote/telework flexibility within the United States.
