Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy innovative recruitment and talent acquisition programs, taking ownership of their strategic direction and ensuring they are effective, scalable, and sustainable.
  • Apply deep HR and talent expertise to improve recruitment strategies, attraction initiatives, and hiring processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and leading the implementation of meaningful improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local community organizations, high schools, colleges, academic institutions, and workforce development partners to create sustainable talent pipelines and expand access to healthcare careers.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders, search firms, Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to deliver a high-quality, people-focused recruitment experience.
  • Develop and strengthen talent attraction, workforce development, social media, and employer branding initiatives that support critical hiring needs and enhance the organization's ability to reach diverse talent.

  • Establish and maintain recruitment analytics frameworks, dashboards, and program metrics that translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Monitor key recruitment KPIs, including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rates, providing regular reporting and insights to guide talent strategy.
  • Audit recruitment funnels to identify candidate drop-off points, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve conversion throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of sourcing channels, including professional networks, niche job boards, and external agencies, to optimize recruitment resources and budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant work-related discipline or field from an accredited college or university is required, with an equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • At least 12 years of progressively responsible and directly related professional experience, with substantial expertise across HR activities and a strong background in recruitment or talent program development.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, launching, and successfully managing talent acquisition or recruitment programs from concept through implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce development, talent attraction, recruitment strategy, stakeholder engagement, and program management, ideally within a complex healthcare or similarly large organizational environment.
  • Proven analytical capabilities, including the ability to interpret recruitment data, establish meaningful performance metrics, identify trends, and turn complex information into actionable talent strategies.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and build trusted relationships across executive, operational, academic, and community environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, combined with strong collaboration, relationship-building, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
  • A partnership-oriented mindset and genuine interest in expanding workforce access, developing sustainable talent pipelines, and creating meaningful career pathways for emerging and underrepresented talent.

Benefits

  • Base pay generally starting between $76.97 and $102.01 per hour, with the final compensation determined based on factors such as experience, education, specialty, training, and internal equity.
  • Fully remote work within the United States, with travel expected for career fairs, industry events, community engagement, academic partnerships, and other strategic workforce activities.
  • Opportunity to influence organization-wide talent strategy and workforce development initiatives with a direct connection to critical healthcare workforce needs.
  • Exposure to executive leaders, educational institutions, community organizations, professional associations, and cross-functional HR and talent teams.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative recruitment, workforce development, employer branding, and analytics programs that strengthen long-term talent pipelines.
  • A mission-driven environment focused on improving lives through exceptional patient care, research, education, and workforce development.
  • An inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity, collaboration, diversity, and creating meaningful opportunities for people from a broad range of backgrounds.
