This is a contract sourcing engagement to support Lorikeet's growing recruiting pipeline globally. You'll work closely with our Recruiting team to build candidate lists, run outreach, and keep pipeline moving across a mix of technical and go-to-market roles across the US, UK, and AU markets.
We're a small, high-trust team that moves fast. This is a high-autonomy engagement — you manage your own queue, flag blockers early, and tell us what you're seeing in the market.
Build targeted candidate lists for active roles across engineering, GTM, and operations
Research and identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and AI-powered sourcing tools
Draft and send personalized outreach sequences — you'll adapt and iterate based on what's landing
Track sourcing activity and pipeline coverage in Ashby (our ATS)
Share weekly updates with clear metrics: outreach volume, response rates, qualified leads passed
Flag patterns you're seeing — calibration misses, market signals, title trends — we want your read
Have 5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context
Are actively using AI tools in your sourcing workflow
Have strong written communication — your outreach is short, relevant, and human
Are proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
Are self-sufficient and organized
Have sourced for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies
Are familiar with US and/or Australian talent markets
