You will own the candidate-facing brand narrative, translating complex product innovation and mission-driven work into compelling content that attracts high-quality, passive candidates. Acting as both strategist and marketer, you will design full-funnel talent attraction campaigns spanning digital, social, campus, and career site experiences. The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical rigor, ensuring brand storytelling is both emotionally resonant and performance-driven. You will partner closely with senior leadership to position internal experts as industry voices and elevate the organization’s presence in competitive talent markets. This role requires a strong blend of marketing expertise, storytelling ability, and analytical thinking, along with the capacity to influence stakeholders across a complex organization.
