Join us.</p></div><p><strong>Please note: This is a 6 month contract position.</strong></p><h3><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></h3><ul><li>Source and engage with top-tier talent across non-technical roles using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and other innovative sourcing methods.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals.</li><li>Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess skills, qualifications, and alignment with company culture.</li><li>Act as an ambassador for the company, sharing a compelling brand story to attract high-quality talent.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Greenhouse, ensuring a seamless and transparent hiring pipeline.</li><li>Provide actionable insights by compiling and analyzing hiring metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing creative solutions.</li><li>Participate in regular hiring team syncs to share pipeline updates, insights, and candidate progress.</li></ul><h3><strong>Who you are:</strong></h3><ul><li>3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, with expertise in identifying and attracting marketing and corporate talent.</li><li>Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, both technically and culturally.</li><li>Proven success in building trusted relationships with hiring teams, acting as a strategic partner in the recruitment process.</li><li>Experience contributing to talent acquisition projects or initiatives that have driven impactful results.</li><li>Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments effectively.</li><li>A proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in solving complex hiring challenges.</li></ul><p>#LI-REMOTE</p><p></p><div class="content-conclusion"><h4><strong><em>This position may require sports betting licensure based on certain state regulations.</em></strong></h4><p><em>Underdog is an equal opportunity employer and doesn't discriminate on the basis of creed, race, sexual orientation, gender, age, disability status, or any other defining characteristic.</em></p></div>
