This role serves as a key recruiting partner to hiring managers, acting as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on talent acquisition expert. You will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process. The position requires close collaboration with business leaders to define hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines. You will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing top candidates using both traditional and innovative sourcing methods. Accountabilities:- Serve as the primary talent acquisition partner for hiring managers, advising on recruitment strategies, role requirements, and hiring processes
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate selection processes
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) to maintain accurate candidate data and ensure process integrity
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and innovative recruitment marketing techniques
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, interview structures, and selection criteria
- Promote employee referral programs and support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Partner with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience
- Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4–6 years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or physical therapy environments
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably iCIMS
- Strong interpersonal skills with active listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Coachable, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
