Doing that well doesn't happen by accident. Partnering directly with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be the operational backbone of recruiting β the person who turns a vision for how hiring <em>should</em> work into the processes, data discipline, and Greenhouse rigor that make it real and hold up across the next 200β300 hires.</p><p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]">This is an operational stronghold, not a scheduling seat.
