About this role
The Senior Vice President of Benefit Management Services will lead our efforts in defining, developing, and deploying industry leading pharmacy solutions for employers and payors. This executive will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our benefit management products, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the PBM industry, demonstrated leadership in product strategy, and a proven track record of driving innovation and business success.

What you will do

•    Develop and execute a comprehensive pharmacy benefits management product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and market opportunities.

•    Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to increase product value and differentiation Lead market analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, challenges, and opportunities in the pharmacy benefits management sector, driving product innovation and differentiation.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in finance, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product development, launch, and scaling.
•    Engage with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including payers, providers, producers and regulatory bodies, to build partnerships and advocate for policy changes that benefit our product lines.
•    Represent the company as a thought leader in the pharmacy benefits management space, speaking at industry events, participating in panels, and contributing to influential publications.
•    Drive financial performance by managing product P&L, setting pricing strategies, and monitoring key metrics to ensure growth targets are met.

What you will bring
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
•    At least 5 years of experience in product management
•    10+ years of strategic leadership experience in the PBM or healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, drug pricing, and healthcare regulations.
•    Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that have significantly impacted business growth and market position.
•    Strong executive presence with exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and foster relationships with key industry stakeholders.
•    Hands on leader eager and capable to execute on priorities
•    Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
 

Ideally you will also have
•    At least 10 years product management experience
•    At least 10 years of experience in healthcare

Prescryptive is committed to fair pay practices. The projected annual salary for this position is $200K to $275K.   When preparing an offer, we consider the candidates resume, experience, interview feedback, internal equity, and location.
