This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Surgical Account Manager - REMOTE. This role requires a committed professional who will take charge of driving surgeon demand within the Surgical Center of Technology portfolio. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and administrative stakeholders to implement strategic sales initiatives while fostering strong relationships. Operating remotely, this position focuses on developing business opportunities and addressing market needs efficiently. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to lead discussions and sales strategies that promote healthcare equity. Overall, this role is pivotal in enhancing healthcare access through innovative solutions.


Accountabilities
  • Act as the primary contact for MDT account teams and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement contract strategies specific to accounts.
  • Drive market growth by optimizing existing contracts and expanding categories across Surgical products.
  • Conduct quarterly Customer Business Reviews to assess performance and find growth potentials.
  • Build and maintain strong ties with key economic and clinical partners.
  • Promote and ensure effective use of Surgical Center of Technology products.
  • Strengthen relationships with field distribution partners to maximize collaboration.


Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years in field sales, or equivalent education/experience.
  • Prior experience in medical device or OR sales is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in sales within the healthcare or surgical fields.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex product information effectively.
  • Capability to build and manage key customer relationships within clinical and administrative settings.
  • Proficiency in analyzing business trends to guide actionable strategies.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
