Job Description
SUMMARY: Stride Supply Chain Team is looking for an analytical, passionate individual that is ready to join us as an Intern and learn within a dynamic organization. The intern will be exposed to a professional work environment, gain valuable insight and practical experience while learning the ins-and-outs of processes, procedures and the business. Successful interns will demonstrate curiosity, enthusiasm, and an eagerness to tackle projects, an innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the courage to voice new ideas and make recommendations for improvement.
The Intern will be responsible for assisting with various projects within the department he/she is assigned to. Essential functions may vary from analytical, administrative, and support level work to more hands-on tactical work as determined by business needs. The Intern will assist in analytical, reporting, student computers and materials related projects, as well as other duties assigned.

Execute assigned intern project, assist with research and analysis as per project specifications.
Execute tasks by utilizing various technologies and platforms specific to the business
Apply and exercise problem solving skills to all aspects of responsibilities and share recommendations for improvements e.g. process improvements
Create and prepare various content, presentations and materials as needed.
Provide additional support to the team as needed
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma AND
Currently pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree) OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Web proficiency
Ability to clear the required background check
Strong observational and listening skills
Self-motivation and excellent problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage priorities to deliver and drive results
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
Ability to respond appropriately to feedback and guidance
Ability to clear required background check
Certificates and Licenses:Â None
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities to drive strategic initiatives
Capable of researching best practices, proposing new processes, and more efficient ways of operating
Strong organizational skills, ability to appropriately prioritize workload, work independently, and take initiative
Exposure to Python, SQL
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level.  Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections.  Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. Â
We anticipate the salary range to be $22 an hour. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.  This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors.  These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.Â
