This role involves mastering analytical methods to deliver impactful solutions for clients and communicating results effectively. As the analyst gains experience, they will build industry relationships and represent Ever.Ag at conferences as a subject matter expert in dairy supply chain and logistics. </p></div><div><p> </p></div><div><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p></div><div><ul><li><p>Learn Ever.Ag’s supply chain offerings, analytical tools and methodologies, including F2P Haul Cost Modeling, P2P Benchmarking, TTO Intake Optimization and 3D-Simulation Modeling </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Work with milk dispatch teams to provide an excellent quarterly dispatch KPI review and create collaborative process improvements to enhance Ever.Ag dispatch services </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Partner with teams to enhance and maintain PowerBI reports to give clients enhanced visibility and insight into their business </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Execute analysis, create tables and charts for presentations, characterize findings and help develop recommendations </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Delight clients with excellent deliverables, communication and support </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Build and sustain positive relationships with managers, co-workers and clients </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>As needed, travel to plants and meeting venues for data collection, presentation and design sessions </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Other duties as assigned </p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><p> </p></div><div><p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p></div><div><ul><li><p>College degree in Supply Chain, Business Intelligence, Agricultural Economics or related fields </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Internship or other job-related experience performing analytical work strongly preferred </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Very strong quantitative/math and analytical reasoning skills and aptitude </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Nested Functions) </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>SQL experience a plus </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong written and oral communication skills </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ability to produce and deliver effective presentations </p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ethical AI training, prompt engineering training, or hands-on LLM experience desired.
